How do I return an item?
Please E-mail us at info@hardcoreangler.com for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Let us know the Order Number and reason for return. You will find your order number on your invoice copy.
- All Returns MUST have an RMA#; No product will be accepted at our receiving dock without one.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges; Hardcore Angler. will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping.
- Returns must be made within 15 days of original shipment
- Only uninstalled / unopened products in resealable condition can be returned
- Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
- No returns on special orders
Please allow the usual banking time for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Often this will be one month. Hardcore Angler does not accept COD’s on returns. If you paid by Credit Card, credit will be applied to the card used to place the original order. Please check the date on the credit card originally used. If the card is expired, the credit will not process.
My order was damaged in shipment.
All items that are shipped out from Hardcore Angler are in new and unused condition. Hardcore Angler insures all orders over $100.
Please inspect your packages carefully to make sure they are complete, correct, and in good shape. If a package is delivered to you in damaged condition, you have the option of refusing delivery of a package with obvious damage. In the event your shipment is damaged and you have taken possession of the item, you must place a claim with the carrier within 2 business days of receiving the item. Hardcore Angler cannot accept returns on damaged components. Any claims need to be made with the carrier. If you do receive a damaged package, please email us immediately at info@hardcorecangler.com. We will provide you with the appropriate information to file a claim.
Please email us when you need assistance in resolving a damage claim. Theses situations do happen and we want this to be as painless as possible.
You sent me the wrong item!
Please email us immediately regarding any mistakes on your order. We need to hear about problems within 4 business days of order receipt. It also helps us to maintain accurate inventory for all our customers.
Our Mistake You gave us a correct part number and we made a mistake:
- If an item is missing, make sure and finish checking your order before emailing us. Inspect packing materials carefully for smaller items. It is easy for small items to get wrapped up in the packing material.
- Let us know which item(s) you received incorrectly or were missing. We will go over the situation with you.
- We will find the simplest, fastest way to resolve our mistake.
Your Mistake
You placed your order, or gave it to us on the phone, an incorrect item number(s), or perhaps you just decided it wasn’t what you wanted:
- Email us. Let us know the Order number and Hardcore Angler part number(s) in question.
- Hardcore Angler will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Return the product using your choice of carrier; we recommend a carrier that offers tracking and insurance.
- Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for returned items until there is a Hardcore Angler confirmation signature with the carrier.
- Items must be in original packaging. No returns on items that have been opened and used. Please do not use display boxes as shipping cartons.
- We will issue credit for the item(s) being returned. We do not refund the original shipping charges.
- You are responsible for paying return freight on returns that are not the fault of Hardcore Angler.
